The company Olearia Toscana was founded and
has operated in Chianti Montalbano since 1946. Guidotti Francesco
Quinto began the activity in Buriano, an ancient village in the
hills of Montalbano in the Pistoia province, and today it is the
grandson Andrea Campagni, motivated by the same passion to make
this treasure through the secrets and teachings handed down to him
by his grandfather, who has brought forward and incremented the
activity. From a profound love of his work, capability in the choice
and classification of oils, he gives the packaging an elegant, traditional
aspect,

The names of the bottles which are
further detailed below are: Le Mulina, Fagiana, Riccioliono, Pollaiolo,
Santi, Santa Lucia, Tacinaia, and are derived from the small villages
that rise up from amidst the silvery green of the olive groves in
Chianti Montalbano. Our lands are named after the production of
extra-virgin olive oil that presents organoleptic characteristics
particularly pleasing to and appreciated by the choosiest palates.

Olearia Toscana's
oil has an intensely green color, changing to amber over time, and
is pleasingly fruity, fresh and harmonious to smell, with a distinct,
decisive taste, barely spicy and velvety when just crushed.
